Messages of Thanks

I came to see Professor Rea this morning with my wife and would like to both, thank him for his expertise but moreover, let him know that his interpersonal skills, personality and general disposition in dealing with peoples lives is a credit to him, way beyond his professional titles. Thank you for your expertise and thank you for your humility.

My son and I arrived on the first day of reopening which must have thrown up all sorts of obstacles for all the staff. We were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner and the whole process appeared very slick and we felt completely comfortable about the safety of Covid 19.

Our appointment was a complete success and we were truly impressed by the service especially given the circumstances. All staff were amazing, thank you.

Kindest regards,
Sarah

Hello,
I always find the staff and facilities at London Road to be of the highest standard and my visit this week was no different. The changes you have put in place have facilitated your reopening far sooner than I would have expected, and for that I am very grateful. You even phoned me to offer me an appointment which i found to be so useful, as it took all of the worry out of when you might be reopening.

The consultation with Professor Rea was superb as always. Given that he has been working exceptionally long hours for the NHS his enthusiasm and professionalism never falters. All of the staff at London Road are a credit to the medical profession and you really do make the management of my condition so much easier.

The safety measures you have put in place are perfectly reassuring and I would have no hesitation in recommending that people can feel fully safe when attending the clinic. As for waiting times, I was seen within 15 minutes of my allotted time which is no problem to me at all. You are providing this service under exceptionally difficult circumstances and I appreciate that lots of people will want to book appointments at London Road. I would happily wait as long as it takes for my appointment, as I simply appreciate the fact that you have managed to open.

Many thanks to everyone at London Road, I appreciate you all.

Best wishes,
James
